When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days after shipping. We offer free shipping on all domestic/international orders and USPS tracking numbers will be e-mailed once your order is shipped.

 

Are Vesso pieces made of real gold?

All Vesso pieces are crafted with the highest quality materials using PVD ion plating, free of lead and nickel and made using hypoallergenic materials. Customer solid gold pieces are made only on customer requests.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

You can pay using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Items can only be shipped to the confirmed billing address associated with your payment.

 

How can I register my Vesso piece?

Please see www.Vesso.com/register to register your Vesso piece. Fill out all necessary information including your Vesso warranty number found on the warranty card included with your purchase. All pieces must be registered for warranty activation.

 

What if my chain breaks?

All Vesso pieces are covered with a 100% satisfactory guarantee and a limited lifetime warranty. If your piece breaks, you can contact us at: info@Vesso.com with your original order number and registered warranty number to request a free one-time replacement. You will have ship the broken piece back, and your replacement piece will be shipped out to you free of charge!
